# POA > Payments, Onchain, Agents. POA is a production USDC payment network (chain ID 77). Transfers have zero network fees and are final when their block is produced. Wallets sign locally; Agent Gateway wallets sign in our purpose-built HSM under capability and spending policies. Agent access requires an API token. Existing tokens remain usable; new public token registration is paused. x402 authorizes payments for HTTP resources; the MCP adapter does not wrap x402. Ethereum bridge deposits require Ethereum gas and finality. Outflow to Ethereum is disabled. - [POA home](https://poa.net/) - [Start here](https://poa.net/77/docs) - [Wallet setup and first payment](https://poa.net/77/docs/network) - [Bridge guide](https://poa.net/77/docs/bridge) - [Architecture and security](https://docs.poa.net/) - [Explorer (chain ID 77)](https://poa.net/77/) - [Sample transaction](https://poa.net/77/tx/0x4269ff1d2bb8954d3b6da1b5b2d33be01abab4db6134f4c7fe0e03252b43bd4d) - [POA JSON-RPC](https://rpc.poa.net) - [POA explorer API](https://api.poa.net/api/v2/stats) - [Explorer-mounted REST](https://poa.net/77/api/v2/stats) - [Agent Gateway](https://poa.net/77/agent/v1/network) - [Agent Gateway MCP](https://poa.net/77/docs/mcp) - [HTTP 402](https://poa.net/77/docs/x402) - [PQ signatures](https://poa.net/77/docs/pq) POA HTML is designed for Cloudflare Markdown for Agents. When edge negotiation is enabled, request successful HTML pages with `Accept: text/markdown`; JSON APIs and other non-HTML resources retain their native formats. Browsers can instead add one exact, case-sensitive `?format=markdown` argument on the eligible canonical documents declared by the POA-MARKDOWN-v2 route contract; duplicate, encoded, differently cased, tracking, cursor, and non-layout queries stay HTML. The linked URLs remain the canonical resources for both representations.
