Add POA to a wallet

Injected wallets (MetaMask, Rabby, and other EIP-1193 providers) can register this chain with one click and send signed transactions through https://rpc.poa.net.

Create a dedicated POA account in your wallet before funding it. Keep its seed phrase in your wallet; POA never asks you to paste it into the explorer.

Public RPC. Allowed methods: eth_chainId, eth_blockNumber, eth_getBalance, eth_getTransactionByHash, eth_getTransactionReceipt, eth_getBlockByNumber, net_version, web3_clientVersion, eth_getTransactionCount, eth_gasPrice, eth_estimateGas, eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas, eth_feeHistory, eth_sendRawTransaction. personal_*, admin_*, debug_*, and eth_call are rejected. eth_getTransactionCount is the confirmed nonce (no pending). Gas price / estimate / fee history are constants (zero-fee chain). Bridge-in still happens on Ethereum; this explorer is the POA view of that mint.

Your first payment

Add POA using the button above and select that network in your wallet.
Receive USDC on POA or use the Ethereum bridge. Ethereum deposits require ETH for gas and Ethereum finality. Withdrawals to Ethereum are currently disabled.
Enter the recipient's POA address and USDC amount. Review the network and recipient, then sign in your wallet.
Open the transaction hash in Explorer. Successful inclusion in a block makes the payment final.

POA transfers have zero network fees. The Ethereum address format does not make this a payment on Ethereum; the recipient receives funds on POA.
