What the overview card on /tx/:hash is trying to say. Precompile calls have value=0 and no API method, so the explorer decodes calldata (and the bridge card) instead of showing a dash.
This is the explorer summary, not consensus. Failed and pending x402 calls keep the method pill and do not claim a completed transfer. Bridge HTLC refunds do not credit POA.
